Sponsor a Factory Player — Be Part of Their Journey

At The Factory Sports Training of Georgia, we believe developing a young baseball player involves much more than batting averages, pitching velocity, fielding percentages, or wins and losses.

It takes coaches. It takes parents. It takes teammates.

And sometimes, it takes a community.

That is why we created the Factory Player Sponsorship Program, giving family members, friends, local businesses, and members of our community an opportunity to directly support an individual Factory player.

Your Sponsorship Goes Directly Toward the Player

Every sponsorship received through a player's Factory profile is applied toward that player's dues.

Whether someone contributes $25, $50, $100, $250, $500 or more, every contribution helps a family with the financial commitment that comes with competitive youth baseball.

But we believe the value of sponsorship goes far beyond the money.

Imagine What It Means to a Young Player

Think about a young player logging into their Factory profile and seeing that someone sponsored them.

Maybe it's a grandparent.

Maybe it's an aunt or uncle.

Maybe it's a family friend.

Maybe it's the restaurant down the street, a local contractor, insurance agent, real estate company, bank, auto dealer, or another business in the community.

That sponsorship sends a message:

"We see you. We believe in you. We're supporting you."

For a young athlete, knowing people outside their immediate family are following their journey can be incredibly meaningful.

It gives them another reason to take pride in wearing their Factory uniform.

It reminds them that people are making an investment in their opportunity.

And with that support comes something else we want our players to learn: responsibility and gratitude.

When someone believes in you, you should want to represent them well.

That means showing up. Working hard. Respecting your coaches. Supporting your teammates. Respecting your opponents and officials. Taking care of your equipment and uniform. Being coachable. Giving your best effort.

Those are lessons that extend far beyond baseball.

Businesses Can Make a Difference Too

We especially encourage local businesses to consider sponsoring Factory players.

Youth sports have always depended upon strong communities and businesses willing to invest in young people.

Your support doesn't simply help pay a baseball expense.

You are helping provide an opportunity for a young person to train, compete, develop confidence, learn discipline, build friendships, experience teamwork, overcome adversity, and become part of something bigger than themselves.

Individual and company sponsors will also be recognized on our website, allowing our Factory families and community to see the people and businesses supporting our players.

We want our players to know who supports them—and we want our community to know who supports our players.

How to Sponsor a Factory Player

Sponsoring a player is simple.

Visit TheFactorySportsTraining.com and go to the Teams section.

Select the Factory team you would like to support and then select the individual player's profile.

On the player's profile, look for the red sponsorship button. From there, you can select the amount you would like to contribute.

All sponsorship money contributed through a player's profile is applied toward that player's dues.

You don't have to be a large company or make a large contribution to make a difference.

Ten people giving a little can accomplish just as much as one person giving a lot.

What matters most is that a young player realizes there are people standing behind them.

More Than a Sponsorship

Baseball gives us an opportunity to teach young people lessons they can carry for the rest of their lives.

Hard work.

Discipline.

Accountability.

Respect.

Teamwork.

Gratitude.

Perseverance.

And faith in something greater than ourselves.

At The Factory Sports Training of Georgia, our goal isn't simply to develop better baseball players. We want to help develop better young men who understand that the opportunities they receive come with a responsibility to make the most of them.

When you sponsor a Factory player, you become a small part of that player's journey.

Someday that young player may forget the score of a tournament game.

They may forget how many hits they had that season.

They may even forget some of the trophies, rings, or games they played.

But they may never forget the people who believed in them.

Be Part of Their Journey.

See the players. See what they're working toward. Show them their community is behind them.

Visit TheFactorySportsTraining.com, select Teams, choose a team, select a player, and click the red sponsorship button on their profile.

Sponsor a Factory Player today.

Because sometimes the greatest thing we can give a young athlete isn't just financial support.

It's knowing someone believes in them.
